ABOUT
Michaela Davis is a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker based in London who has been working towards her passion of Moving Image for 7 years. She is a recent graduate of Moving Image (BA Hons) at the University of Brighton where she achieved a 1st class alongside an award from Nagoya University of Arts.
Michaela’s approach to avant-garde filmmaking explores storytelling through a multitude of formats including 16mm, Super 8 and digital. Her work is cemented in mysticism and philosophical thought regarding memory as well as time and space the while exploring representation of global identities, depicting the human experience. Michaela's body of work highlights her skillset in creating and curating and her ability to manage and promote events.
